My name is Rae & this is my work space during the summer. It is the deck below our apartment.I just wanted to get my Blog started. I look forward to telling more about myself, my cat, my life & my quilts. My quilts are a reflection of all of these things & more.
The quilt I was working on at the time of this picture was a baby quilt. I had taken the pictures for the appliques from some old (1952 Workbasket) Magazines. Some of the appliques I tried to make 3-D. They were only slightly 3-D, like the ruffle on the turtle.
