To the right is what I see out the right side of my car while stopped at the stop sign. It is not so easy to see the berries on the Holly, or the lemons on the lemon trees.
On the left is what is seen out the left of the car just before the stop sign. Again the oranges aren't so visible in this picture.

These pictures were taken this evening about 1 hour before dark, this evening. It was warm enough for me to walk back down the hill in my shirt sleeves to take these pictures. Where we live there are a lot of hills so dusk last all of 10 minutes or so. It is day light, a flash (5 minutes top) of sunset, dusk (12 minutes max), then dark. It is dark by about 6:50.

Great fall colors on the trees. I'm amazed to see maples and holly along side oranges and lemons. Love the stories about your gramma and the little quilt you made from her fabrics/gloves and hankie.
